  • Pay: $17–$20 per hour + overtime & shift differential

Your Impact

From the first machine check to the last quality pass, you’ll be the link between safety, speed, and precision:

  • Run and oversee Armor, Cabler, and Packaging machines—up to five at a time.
  • Set up, inspect, and maintain equipment for safe operation.
  • Work with hand tools every day: calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, tape measures.
  • Keep your area clean, safe, and organized; follow OSHA and Prysmian safety standards.
  • Report safety concerns right away and pivot to priority tasks as directed by supervisors.
  • Show up reliably and contribute to a strong team environment.

Is This You?

  • Manufacturing background is a plus—but not required.
  • Ready for physically demanding work and comfortable with standard hand tools.
  • Must not be color blind.
  • Thrives when multitasking and managing multiple machines.
  • Dependable and eager to learn.
  • Preferred: farming or farm‑hand experience.
  • Preferred: open to 3rd shift and overnight schedules.

Where You’ll Thrive

  • Loud, industrial plant with continuous machine operation.
  • Exposure to heat and occasional outdoor work.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, standing, kneeling, repetitive motion.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Schedule Options

  • 12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts.
  • Overtime available.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Strong preference for 3rd‑shift/overnight candidates.

Education

High school diploma or GED.
