Role: Reach Truck and Order Picker Operator
Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule: First shift with occasional overtime; some Saturdays as business needs arise

A day in the life

You start your morning on our Lenexa Distribution Center floor, powering up a stand-up reach truck or hopping onto an order picker. Orders drop to your device; you scan, pick, move, and stage products with accuracy. You navigate narrow aisles, elevate to the pick face, and use tablets/scanners to confirm every move. Safety is second nature. By afternoon, pallets are lined up and staged, ready to move out the door—because you kept the flow moving and the inventory precise.

What you’ll handle

• Operate stand-up reach trucks and order pickers safely and efficiently
• Pick, scan, move, and stage product with high accuracy
• Use scanners and tablets to process and confirm work
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily goals

What you bring

• Warehouse experience preferred
• Hands-on time with reach trucks/order pickers/cherry pickers
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to working safely and accurately

You should be proficient in:

• Warehouse Experience
• Material Handler Experience
