Imagine joining a family-owned manufacturer with nearly 70 years of history in powertrain excellence. In this role, you steer the Quality System across our plant—validating processes, shaping control plans, inspecting incoming materials, and driving corrective actions that prevent issues before they start.
Role focus
- Champion the plant Quality System with the Quality Manager as your partner.
- Craft and execute product stability and process validation protocols.
- Establish quality control tests that elevate product quality and manufacturing flow.
- Monitor efficiency using SPC tools and convert insights into improvements.
- Evaluate incoming components for defects and document nonconformities.
- Issue corrective action requests and remove root causes for lasting results.
- Prepare and lead monthly Quality Meetings with clear metrics and visual reporting.
- Collaborate with the Gage Technician to ensure accurate, standards-based calibration.
- Maintain rigorous documentation, identification, and traceability.
What you bring
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in automotive manufacturing.
- Fluent English communication—written and verbal.
- Hands-on familiarity with equipment, tools, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- SPC training and ISO/TS experience.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Photoshop.
