Extrusion Manufacturing Manager, Blown Film

What you will do
- Drive safety and quality results at or above company standards.
- Hit production targets consistently across a continuous, multi-shift operation.
- Lead and manage all shifts: daily coaching, oversight, troubleshooting, training, performance reviews, and timely feedback to achieve safety, waste, quality, and productivity goals.
- Forecast and manage material usage; optimize off-set materials; control production output, labor cost, scrap, and changeover time.
- Manage departmental operating costs and budget adherence.
- Be accountable for all extrusion personnel and equipment in the facility.
- Build effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Partner closely with corporate materials management and supply management to ensure proper material management and processing.
What you bring
- B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in blown film extrusion.
- Strong commitment to a safe work environment.
- Experience leading in fast-paced manufacturing with multiple shifts and teams.
- History of achieving production goals.
- Technical strength with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Experience mentoring and coaching shift leaders and production employees.
