A day in your new role
Picture this: your 12-hour shift kicks off at either 7:00am or 7:00pm. You step onto the production floor, check your assigned area, and begin monitoring equipment for anything out of the ordinary. If something looks off, you alert your supervisor right away so the line keeps running smoothly.
As parts move down the line, you perform careful visual checks to spot defects. You load product where it’s needed, remove excess flash from molded components, and verify that everything meets quality expectations. Throughout your shift, you follow OSHA safety practices and jump into training sessions when scheduled so you can stay current on the latest techniques and tools.
Schedule that fits a rhythm
- 12-hour shifts: 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am
- Rotating 3-day and 5-day workweeks
- Week A: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Week B: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Compensation & path to hire
- Contract-to-hire opportunity
- Conversion to permanent employment is based on attendance, performance, and client needs
- $17.50 per hour base pay
- Night shift premium applies

What you’ll do
- Keep watch over equipment in your area and report any malfunctions or adverse conditions promptly
- Inspect parts visually and document/communicate defects
- Load product to production lines as required
- Trim/remove flash from molded parts to meet quality standards
- Work in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Participate in training sessions and seminars to stay up to date on new methods and technologies
What you bring
- Prior production or general labor experience
- Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and carry out thorough visual inspections
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Capability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 55 pounds
