Responsibilities
- 1st and 2nd Shift Availible
- Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Follow food safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products.
- Conduct routine checks on product quality and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
