Plastic Injection Tooling Machinist (Mold Assembly & PM)

Answer these questions—if it’s a yes, this role is for you

  • Can you strip down a production injection mold, spot the issue, and rebuild it to run right the first time?
  • When a hot runner or electrical fault appears, are you the one who finds, fixes, and verifies?
  • Do you build clean, reliable hydraulic and water lines—and trust your own workmanship?
  • Are a surface grinder, drill press, and engine lathe tools you use with confidence?
  • Do you handle heavy tooling with an overhead crane and drive a forklift safely?
  • Do you thrive when given a problem and the autonomy to solve it?

If you nodded along, START would like to meet you.
