One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Industrial Electrician to join their team in North Aurora, IL
**Pay Rate: **$30/hr - $40/hr
**Shift: **3rd shift
Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and manufacturing equipment
Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, drives, control panels, sensors, and automated machinery
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems
Install and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, breakers, transformers, and control systems
Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and new machinery installations
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation within CMMS systems
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; technical training or electrical certification preferred
3+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, motors, and automation equipment
Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation
Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and industrial control systems
