Your impact

From first setup to final inspection, you’ll monitor the production process and make the adjustments needed to keep quality consistent and parts flowing. You’ll help refine tooling choices, programs, and workflows to reduce cycle time without compromising precision.

Weekend rhythm & pay

  • Friday–Sunday weekend shift
  • Work 36 hours; paid for 40
  • 15% shift differential
  • Location: Grantsburg, WI

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3 years of machining experience (manufacturing preferred).
  • Proficiency with CNC mills, lathes, and other shop tools.
  • Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-focused approach.
  • Clear communicator and team collaborator.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications welcomed.
