Picture this: you start your route pre-dawn, climb into a well-maintained 16 ft refrigerated box truck, and set out to keep communities fed. You’ll roll through Michigan and Indiana, stopping at grocery and convenience stores across the Midwest to unload food products, build appealing displays, and make sure shelves are full and neat. You drive with care, follow all safety practices, and represent NFI with a polished, professional presence at every stop.

What you’ll do

  • Operate a refrigerated 16 ft box truck on predictable local routes
  • Unload and merchandise food products in grocery and convenience stores across the Midwest region
  • Keep displays sharp and shelves consistently stocked
  • Follow safety rules, report issues promptly, and drive defensively
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 20 years of age
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proficiency in English
  • Acceptable references from past employers
  • Must obtain DOT Medical Certificate
  • A customer service mindset and team-first attitude

Pay, schedule, and perks

  • Weekly pay starting at $21.50 per hour; typical earnings $860 - $1,100 per week
