CNC Press Brake Technician — Aerospace Components

Your day shaping flight-ready parts

On our second shift in Avon, OH, you’ll kick off the afternoon by setting up a CNC press brake, loading programs and tooling, and running both production and custom jobs for aerospace customers. You’ll read blueprints, follow the Process Routing Document, check work against specifications, and record inspection results with care. Throughout the shift, you’ll coordinate with your foreperson, quality team, and fellow operators to resolve issues quickly, complete reports and paperwork, and keep the line moving.

As the night winds down, you’ll complete daily maintenance on the equipment, safeguard company and customer property (electronic, intellectual, and physical), and leave your area clean and organized—all while following our Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, and forms.

Shift

2nd Shift: 4:30pm – 2:00 am or 3:00pm to 12:30am.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience running a CNC press brake
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Competence in inspection practices and documentation
  • Solid basic math skills
