Join a team that takes interiors apart safely, cleanly, and efficiently. You’ll contribute to selective deconstruction in homes and commercial buildings, teaming up to deliver quality results on time and within budget.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist with interior deconstruction of residential and commercial properties.
  • Operate a full range of hand and power tools with safe work practices.
  • Remove debris and handle hazardous materials per applicable safety standards.
  • Erect and maintain site controls, including barriers and safety signage.
  • Collaborate with crew members to hit schedule and cost targets.
  • Adhere to all safety policies to sustain a zero‑incident environment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on tools/equipment.
  • Promptly report hazards, near misses, or equipment problems to supervision.

Qualifications

  • Demolition or construction experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome.
  • Able to lift heavy materials and perform strenuous, repetitive tasks.
  • Knowledge of construction safety procedures and regulations.
  • Team-oriented with solid communication skills.
  • Comfort working in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
