CDL Class A Regional Driver - NEW CDL GRADUATES WELCOME
Beast Mode Truckin is seeking CDL Class A Regional Drivers; new CDL graduates are encouraged to apply. Drivers will operate company‑provided 53' dry van trailers on a North Central regional account serving OH, MI, KY, IL, and IN. This is 100% no‑touch freight with regular weekly home time and structured training for less‑experienced drivers.
- Compensation: $1,100–$1,500 per week (based on miles and experience)
- Mileage: $0.56–$0.64 per mile (based on experience)
- Trainee pay: $900 per week during 4–6 weeks with a trainer/mentor (for drivers with under 6 months’ experience)
- Additional pay: $15 per stop; monthly performance/bonus program (.06 per mile bonus referenced)
- Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days
- Schedule & equipment: 100% no‑touch dry van freight; average weekly miles 1,600–2,000; runs keep drivers within approximately 400 miles of home
- Home time: Home weekly for 34‑hour reset on weekends
- Training: 4–6 weeks OTR/regional training with a trainer/mentor if under 6 months’ experience
Minimum qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21
- Graduated from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
- Reasonably clean driving record (no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past five years)
- No DUI convictions
- No recent felony convictions; misdemeanors and other offenses will be reviewed for safety‑related disqualifications
- Not terminated from most recent employer for safety or conduct reasons
- Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks
- Stable work history is preferred; new CDL graduates are welcome
