About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeping Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. You will oversee invoicing processes, maintain line of credit receivable accounts, and perform expense analysis. Your ability to integrate third-party apps, conduct daily bank imports, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment will be essential to success in this position.
Responsibilities
Manage full accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Handle full departmental entries
Integrate operational third-party apps
Oversee invoicing processes
Maintain line of credit receivable accounts
Process credit card transactions and perform expense analysis
Conduct daily bank imports
Utilize strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems
High-level Excel skills
2-4 years of experience in a similar role
Adaptability in dynamic environments
Other qualifications
Experience with NetSuite (preferred)
Industry experience in either Technology, FinTech or Supply Chain
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Customer service skills
Bilingual in either Spanish or Portuguese
