Multi‑Axis CNC Manufacturing Technician (Mills, Lathes & Swiss)

Employment: Full-Time

Pay Range: $20.00–$35.00 per hour (experience-based)

What you will do

• Set up and run CNC machinery to meet print and process requirements
• Stage and load programs, tooling, fixtures, and raw materials
• Perform tool changes, manage wear, and adjust offsets
• Interpret blueprints and follow detailed work instructions
• Execute first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Verify part conformity to specifications and tolerances
• Troubleshoot machining and quality concerns; make minor edits at the control
• Uphold 5S principles to maintain a clean and safe work area
• Operate independently once trained on jobs and equipment
