We are seeking safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a reliable career, consistent miles, and dependable home time. We believe in transparent compensation and rewarding hard work:
- Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, along with layover and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500 paid over three months.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
Drivers based in the Huntsville area operate predictable regional lanes east of I-35 and return home weekly for a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Equipment: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
- Driver assignment: Strict no-slip-seating policy.
- Comfort features: All tractors include APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
- Programs: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Clean motor vehicle record and an active DOT Medical Card.
- For the experienced route, at least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Recent CDL school graduates are welcome for the entry-level route. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
