Our client is seeking Dutch-speaking Technical Support Agents to join its support operations team. This is an entry-level position designed for candidates who are interested in building a career in technical support and customer service.
Relocation to Greece is required prior to employment. A relocation support package is provided.
Provide first-level technical assistance in Dutch via phone, email, or digital support channels
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, or connectivity issues following established procedures
Guide customers step-by-step through problem resolution processes
Document cases, actions taken, and solutions in internal ticketing systems
Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to second-level support teams
Ensure compliance with service standards and quality guidelines
Fluent written and spoken Dutch
Good command of English (level B2)
Basic understanding of IT concepts (e.g., operating systems, networks, devices)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
