Position Overview

Our client is seeking Dutch-speaking Technical Support Agents to join its support operations team. This is an entry-level position designed for candidates who are interested in building a career in technical support and customer service.

Relocation to Greece is required prior to employment. A relocation support package is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical assistance in Dutch via phone, email, or digital support channels

  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, or connectivity issues following established procedures

  • Guide customers step-by-step through problem resolution processes

  • Document cases, actions taken, and solutions in internal ticketing systems

  • Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to second-level support teams

  • Ensure compliance with service standards and quality guidelines

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch

  • Good command of English (level B2)

  • Basic understanding of IT concepts (e.g., operating systems, networks, devices)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems

  • Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
