Production Line Packaging Technician (Manufacturing Warehouse)

Location: Coal City, IL

Compensation: $15.00–$18.00 per hour | Pay Frequency: Weekly

Schedule Options: Full-Time on 1st or 2nd shift, or Weekend shift (Friday–Sunday)

A day in this role

You clock in, gear up, and step onto a well-orchestrated production floor. You rotate between assembling products, packing finished goods, and staging outgoing orders. Quality is your constant—spotting defects, pulling them from the line, and keeping everything moving. Pallets are wrapped tight and ready to ship. The area around you stays clean and safe because you make it that way. Whether you’re powering through tasks solo or syncing with teammates, you keep the line humming.

What you’ll handle

• Assemble and package products on a fast-paced production line
• Build customer orders and product displays
• Inspect items for defects; remove nonconforming product from flow
• Stage shipments on pallets and wrap securely for transport
• Pitch in on general warehouse and labor duties as needed
• Uphold a tidy, safety-first work environment
