Rolling Mill Machinery Specialist

Build what matters. At CMC, our steel and reinforcement products support bridges, highways, buildings, and the infrastructure that connects communities. We’re pushing our industry toward a more sustainable future—and we’re looking for people who want to grow while doing meaningful work.

Imagine your first week

You step onto the mill floor, gear up, and partner with teammates to prepare the line. You verify gauges with micrometers and calipers, confirm machine readiness, and start the roll. Throughout the shift, you monitor the process, fine-tune parameters to hold tight tolerances, and jump on minor repairs to keep uptime high. When a hiccup appears, you investigate the root cause, correct it, and log improvements so tomorrow runs even better.
