Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a facility setting.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and equipment operation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
