CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet operating from Davenport, IA. With consistent freight and mileage, these routes provide regular weekly home time, reliable weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package effective from day one. This position is suitable for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full operational support as they establish their trucking careers.

  • Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday).
  • Bonus opportunities: Safety and performance bonuses.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Valid CDL‑A license.
  • Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
  • Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
