Picture your day in our Timonium, MD facility. You arrive for a pre-shift safety huddle with Maintenance, Facilities, and Operations. You review the CMMS dashboard, prioritize predictive tasks, and plan a window to calibrate a sensor bank on a semi-automated line. Before lunch, you track down a hydraulic leak, replace a seal kit, and verify pressure holds. In the afternoon, you partner with Engineering to root-cause a recurring pneumatic fault, implement a fix, and document the improvement. Every action you take supports Environmental Health & Safety and Quality standards—and keeps our customers’ missions on track.

What you’ll do

• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime; troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems in a continuous production environment.
• Assemble and set up machinery; calibrate and test components and mechanical assemblies using appropriate tools and test equipment.
• Execute maintenance work orders and capture accurate details in the CMMS.
• Collaborate daily with Production, Engineering, Facilities, and contractors to safely meet production goals and drive reliability improvements.

Where you’ll work and who you’ll report to

This on-site role is based in Timonium, MD. You’ll report to the Maintenance Manager as a key member of the Maintenance Team.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or a similar setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to read and interpret manuals, technical documentation, blueprints, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Clear communicator and dependable teammate who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Physical and environmental factors

• Lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently and stand at machines for the full shift, including reaching, bending, squatting, and kneeling.

Preferred experience

• Hazardous waste handling and electrical work.
• Injection molding and melt-blown processes.

Schedule

A Shift — Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (three 12-hour shifts), plus Wednesday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM. You must be available for all scheduled hours, overtime, and holidays.

Compensation & benefits

Hourly range: $32 - $36 per hour (this range reflects our good-faith estimate at the time of posting and may be adjusted in the future). This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
