Role Overview

As a residential HVAC expert, you’ll be the face of AHHS in the field—delivering accurate diagnostics, reliable repairs, and clear communication that earns customer confidence and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional service experience through efficient, accurate work and effective communication
• Perform maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs on: traditional forced-air systems; steam and hot-water systems; oil units; high-velocity; geothermal; ductless; and related residential equipment
• Apply specialized diagnostic tools to resolve airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical issues
• Manage required truck stock so you can complete flat-rate repairs on-site
• Educate customers on enhancements to comfort, air & water quality, efficiency, and safety
• Assist with developing junior service technicians through coaching and example
• Adhere to AHHS service department systems and administrative procedures
• Utilize Service Titan platform

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC best practices and applicable building codes
• Proficient in the full scope of HVAC functions
• Valid driver’s license
