What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with potential clients to learn about their protection priorities.

• Help individuals understand insurance options that may suit their circumstances.

• Hold appointments through phone calls and virtual meetings.

• Keep in touch with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.

• Learn and improve through team training, guidance, and coaching.

We're Looking for Someone Who

• Enjoys conversations and building professional relationships.

• Is reliable, organized, and open to feedback.

• Can work independently and manage their schedule.

• Is interested in learning about insurance sales.

• Can fulfill state insurance licensing requirements.

Don't have previous sales or insurance experience? That's okay. Experience is helpful, but it isn't a requirement.
