We're hiring a hungry Founding BDR to drive new business at an early-stage, pre-seed AI-powered HR tech startup. This is an SDR-to-AE track role — you'll start by building the outbound engine and graduate into closing deals as you prove yourself.
You'll drive mid-market and enterprise pipeline while helping build the playbook and continuing the company's rapid growth. As an early business hire, you'll work directly with the founding team to expand the company's footprint, shape the sales motion, and help build a world-class sales org.
We need people willing to grind — but also creative thinkers with high clockspeed who can implement time-saving structure and process, and generate new ideas that accelerate growth.
