Core responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical issues on tractors and trailers using JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows
- Perform preventive maintenance across our tractor and trailer fleet
- Complete DOT inspections in accordance with FMCSA guidelines
- Meet physical demands: lift/pull 75 lbs or more, stand or lie for extended periods, and maneuver to access equipment
What it takes
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred: ability to obtain a Class B license
- Technical or advanced degree, or 2+ years of equivalent maintenance experience
- Comfort troubleshooting with JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows
- Proven problem‑solving ability
- Teamwork and customer service mindset with strong verbal and written communication
- On‑site evaluation with recommended training
