Commercial Piping Systems Technician

What you’ll do

• Deliver end-to-end plumbing work on new builds and retrofits in commercial settings.
• Diagnose problems, propose fixes, and execute solutions on schedule.
• Coordinate daily with GCs and fellow trades to keep projects moving.
• Work to the highest safety standards and meet all applicable codes.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to extend system life.
• Track tasks, time, and materials with accurate documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients and site teams.
• Cover projects in Pennsylvania—primarily Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery counties.

What you bring

• At least 3 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Proficiency in saw cutting and rough-in work.
• Experience installing toilets, urinals, and bathroom fixtures.
• Strong command of plumbing tools, materials, and equipment.
• Blueprint/technical drawing fluency.
• Detail orientation and decisive troubleshooting ability.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently when needed.
