Your Impact
- Oversee daily maintenance workflows alongside the Maintenance Manager.
- Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective work to reduce downtime.
- Conduct facility and equipment inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Lead and mentor maintenance technicians to elevate skills and performance.
- Maintain thorough maintenance records, work orders, and parts inventories.
- Partner with operations and other teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- Assist with budget development and cost management for maintenance.
- Introduce practical, innovative maintenance practices drawn from industry trends.
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent; related degree preferred.
- Proven experience supervising or leading maintenance in an industrial environment.
- Strong command of maintenance methods, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Clear communicator with solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Sharp troubleshooting instincts and rapid problem resolution.
- Comfort with CMMS and maintenance-related software tools.
- Willingness to support flexible hours, including weekends and on-call.
Technical Toolkit
- Leadership, people management, and project management.
- Knowledge of labor management systems.
- Electrical schematic reading; blueprint interpretation.
- Electrical diagnostics, repair, and installation expertise.
- Experience with 120/208/240/480 V systems.
- Hydraulics troubleshooting and repair.
- National Electrical Code (NEC) familiarity.
