Your Impact

  • Oversee daily maintenance workflows alongside the Maintenance Manager.
  • Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective work to reduce downtime.
  • Conduct facility and equipment inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor maintenance technicians to elevate skills and performance.
  • Maintain thorough maintenance records, work orders, and parts inventories.
  • Partner with operations and other teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with budget development and cost management for maintenance.
  • Introduce practical, innovative maintenance practices drawn from industry trends.

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent; related degree preferred.
  • Proven experience supervising or leading maintenance in an industrial environment.
  • Strong command of maintenance methods, equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Clear communicator with solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Sharp troubleshooting instincts and rapid problem resolution.
  • Comfort with CMMS and maintenance-related software tools.
  • Willingness to support flexible hours, including weekends and on-call.

Technical Toolkit

  • Leadership, people management, and project management.
  • Knowledge of labor management systems.
  • Electrical schematic reading; blueprint interpretation.
  • Electrical diagnostics, repair, and installation expertise.
  • Experience with 120/208/240/480 V systems.
  • Hydraulics troubleshooting and repair.
  • National Electrical Code (NEC) familiarity.
  • Industrial electrical and electronic systems experience.
