Can you keep complex builds on spec, shift after shift?
If you’re comfortable moving between calibration benches, assembly stations, and quality test setups—while using software to steer in-process adjustments—you’ll feel right at home here.
Role Focus
Partner with engineers on equipment set-up and calibration before builds begin.
Perform rework and quality testing on parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
Use computer-based tools to collect and analyze operating data; apply on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment as needed.
Help determine and improve methods and procedures to control or modify manufacturing processes.
Participate in engineering experiments; document findings.
How We Operate
Overall Summary: Developing support individual contributor working toward operational targets.
Supervision: Works under general supervision; receives less detailed instructions with moderate peer review.
Communication: Interacts mainly within the department to exchange information and reach shared understanding.
Complexity: Follows established processes; work is less structured within defined boundaries; flags issues and escalates to a supervisor for resolution.
Impact: Scope is somewhat limited, typically smaller task-related activities that support team results.
