Top Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering (or related field)
10+ years of managerial and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Professional working experience leading and deploying multimillion Capex projects ($500k-3M)
Experience leading and running shut down
Plusses:
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for a permanent full-time position located in the Louisville, KY area. This maintenance manager will be responsible for managing maintenance of all line equipment & equipment reliability, and oversee all maintenance performance & training development. Additional responsibilities include supporting the implementation of corrective actions to maintain machine reliability and overseeing various capital expenditure projects. It can be expected that this individual will collaborate often with engineering departments, and other groups. This individual needs to have sharp communication, a team player mentality, and possess leadership and coaching qualities.
