Are you the one who can turn a repower concept into a construction-ready plan?
If tackling complex preconstruction for utility-scale solar excites you, this 1-year W-2 contract could be your next move. As the Preconstruction Lead for Solar Repower (T&S), you will translate existing asset conditions into improved repower designs, then orchestrate schedules, budgets, permits, and contracts to hand off a build-ready project—safely, on time, and on budget.
What challenges will you solve?
- How do we align multi-disciplinary engineering (electrical, civil, structural, mechanical) to optimize repower outcomes?
- What’s the fastest path to secure permits and ensure compliance with all codes and safety regulations?
- How do we de-risk interconnection studies and grid integration requirements within T&S constraints?
- Which vendors meet technical specs, and how do we structure contracts to protect cost and schedule?
- What’s the right strategy to meet safe harbor equipment and tax credit compliance timelines?
