Your impact
- Execute safe, accurate racking based on documented specs and procedures.
- Interpret written and verbal instructions and apply basic math to the job.
- Audit in-process quality on the rack and alert your supervisor to defects immediately.
- Keep your area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
- Coordinate with peers to meet output targets and elevate workflow efficiency.
What sets you up for success
- Experience with plating, metal finishing, or chemical manufacturing is a plus.
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, not required.
- Ability to consistently follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Keen eye for detail with strong quality-control instincts.
- Comfort working in humid/hot environments and around chemical odors; you must not be allergic or sensitive to chemicals.
- Background or proficiency in machine building/assembling.

Schedule and pay
- Schedule: 1st shift 6am-4:30pm M-F and alternating Saturdays 6am-11am
- Pay: $18.00-$21hr, depending on position and experience
Full time, temp-hire opportunity.
