Do you thrive on hands-on work, traveling to new places, and being the go-to problem solver on site? As an Onsite Plastic Pipe Welding Technician (HDPE) with ISCO, you’ll build reliable infrastructure through precision fusion work and strong customer partnerships—start to finish.

Your Mission

Own each assignment. Arrive prepared, set up fusion equipment, and deliver quality welds. If a hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical hiccup appears, you’ll collaborate with our support team to diagnose and resolve it quickly. You’ll communicate progress with customers, coordinate with sales, and ensure safety is never compromised. When you’re not in the field, you’ll support the local plant with fabrication or shipping. You’ll also elevate the industry by providing in-person training and certification to customers.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma/GED and a valid driver’s license
  • Fluency with hand tools and a tape measure; comfort interpreting diagrams and math-based instructions
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to read technical guidance
  • Proficiency with email and iPhone apps for documentation and communication

Growth & Certification

  • ISCO/McElroy fusion training and testing
  • Manufacturers’ electro-fusion certification
  • First Aid and MSHA safety training certifications
