ERP Inventory Control Analyst

Step into the engine room of our operation

As an ERP Inventory Control Analyst, you make sure every component is exactly where it should be—physically on our shelves and digitally in our ROSS ERP system. Partnering daily with Scheduling, Production, and Supply Chain, you’ll keep raw materials flowing to the line, data clean and accurate, and the team aligned on safety, quality, and service.

A day in your life

You start by reviewing ROSS dashboards, catching and correcting any errors that could slow production. You walk the offices and warehouses to conduct cycle counts, verify expired materials for exchange or return, and ensure the next run has every ingredient ready. Along the way, you coach inventory associates on best practices, from scanner use to safe material handling, and escalate issues to your manager when needed. Throughout the day, you’re the go-to for locating items (with WH Manager approval), analyzing stock levels, and leading process improvements that keep our materials accurate and our operation humming.
