Account Executive

About the Role

Join a well-funded, AI-native adtech startup building the next generation of immersive mixed reality (MR) advertising experiences. As an Account Executive, you'll drive new business by bringing cutting-edge interactive and app-free AR/MR solutions to leading enterprise brands. You'll work closely with marketing, strategy, and product teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, and play a central role in expanding the company's footprint across North America and beyond.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching through closing and onboarding.
  • Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify client needs and consultatively recommend MR and immersive advertising solutions.
  • Present tailored campaign ideas and product demos aligned with each client's brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, pricing structures, and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable revenue forecasts.
  • Educate prospects and clients on mixed reality, WebAR, and emerging AI-driven content trends.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client services with a track record of revenue growth in adtech, martech, SaaS, or digital media.
  • Proven experience selling advertising solutions to enterprise clients or government agencies.
  • Strong command of digital advertising, brand marketing, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with AR, WebAR, or immersive/interactive technology platforms.
  • Background working with or selling to large global enterprises.
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling environments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000 – $150,000 USD annually (plus commission/variable)
  • Visa sponsorship available

Location

This is an on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. Candidates should be prepared to work from the San Francisco office.
