Class A Commercial Driver’s License - Entry Level - Regional Position
Based in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, 365 Freight USA is hiring entry-level and experienced CDL-A truck drivers for regional routes serving the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Compensation and pay-related details
- Competitive weekly pay: $1,400–$1,550 per week for new drivers
- Typical weekly mileage: approximately 2,500–3,000 miles, depending on account
- Performance bonus paid every 30 days

Primary responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles on regional routes across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required logs
- Deliver freight safely, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements
- Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service rules
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers
Minimum qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
- Entry-level applicants: minimum 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements and to pass required pre-employment screenings
