We are looking for a Polish-Speaking Ad Sales Agent to join an international team in Athens. This is an onsite position for commercially driven candidates who enjoy building relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities and delivering results.
The Role
As an Ad Sales Agent, you will work with Polish-speaking business customers, helping them make the most of digital advertising solutions and supporting them in achieving their business goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with Polish-speaking business customers
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable digital advertising solutions
- Promoting advertising products and services based on clients' business objectives
- Identifying sales and upselling opportunities within an existing customer portfolio
- Supporting customers in improving the effectiveness of their advertising activities
- Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and commercial activities
- Providing a professional and consultative customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Polish
- English at B2 level or higher
- Previous experience in sales, advertising sales, digital advertising, account management, or another customer-facing commercial role
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset and confidence in discussing products and solutions with business customers
- Target-oriented approach and motivation to achieve results
- Good computer and digital skills
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
- Ability to work onsite in Athens
Previous experience specifically within digital advertising or Ad Sales is highly desirable, but candidates with solid sales or customer-facing commercial experience from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
