🕐 Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Do you have assembly experience and enjoy working with your hands? We're seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Houston, TX. If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand and power tools, and looking for a stable first-shift opportunity, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Assemble enclosures and related components following detailed work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and test equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect and modify parts as needed to ensure proper fit and quality
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards
• Follow assembly processes, procedures, and safety requirements
• Operate forklifts, semi-automated material handling equipment, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently
• Load, move, and position materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support other production activities as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience using hand and power tools safely
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. with assistance when needed
• Comfortable standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical assembly experience
• Previous forklift operation experience
• Experience operating overhead cranes, hoists, or material handling equipment
• Manufacturing or production environment experience
