CDL A Concrete

Overview

Join our dynamic team in St. Louis, MO, as a CDL A Concrete Driver/Concrete Finisher!

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL A concrete truck to deliver concrete to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Perform concrete finishing duties including curbs, forms, blocking, and concrete setup
• Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete on job sites
• Set up and break down forms and job site materials
• Coordinate with crews regarding concrete deliveries and site preparation
• Operate dump trucks and transport materials when applicable
• Drive company vehicles safely to and from project sites
• Support residential, commercial, and industrial concrete projects
• Maintain safe and efficient work practices on job sites
• Assist foremen and crews with daily operational tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road and at job sites.
• Assist with loading and unloading concrete as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record is a must have
• Concrete Finishing experience preferred, but CDL A is most important.
• Experience driving concrete trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

You should be proficient in:

• Current CDL License
• Concrete Installation & Finishing
