Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel planning inquiries and provide guidance on destinations and travel options.

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
• Provide friendly and professional support throughout the travel planning process.
• Maintain accurate records of client requests and travel details.
• Stay informed about travel updates, destinations, and travel resources relevant to clients in the Fort Lauderdale/South Florida market and beyond.
• Participate in online informational sessions and training when scheduled (scheduling aligned with Eastern Time).
