Account Executive

About the Role

Join a fast-growing, AI-native go-to-market agency operating in the DACH region — one of the most dynamic markets for B2B tech. Since launching in 2024, this agency has scaled rapidly, working with over 200 leading B2B tech companies and building a team of 30+. As an Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle from pipeline to close, with qualified leads handed to you entirely by a dedicated Pre-Sales team so you can stay focused on what you do best: selling.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from first conversation to signed contract
  • Lead high-stakes sales conversations with B2B decision-makers at C-level
  • Craft compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and internal team members to ensure seamless handoffs and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech environments
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex go-to-market challenges and develop clear, actionable strategies
  • Proven track record of closing deals and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • High self-motivation and a strong revenue-oriented mindset
  • German C2 level (native or equivalent) and strong English communication skills
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate and work from the Berlin office (hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Location

Berlin, Germany. Hybrid work arrangement — 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
