Job Title: IT Recruiter

Location: Onsite – Juno Beach, FL

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Contract Duration: 4–5 months

Pay Range: $41–$46/hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Recruiter for a 4–5 month contract position onsite in Juno Beach, FL. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting of technical and non-technical talent, with a focus on IT roles. The recruiter will also support college relations and high school development programs to build a strong pipeline of future talent. This is a full-time position offering competitive hourly compensation and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for IT and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and maintain applicant tracking and flow processes.
  • Collaborate with search firms, employment agencies, and advertising platforms to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate college and high school relations programs to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Partner with area HR officers to ensure consistent application of recruitment policies and internal placement processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers, supervisors, and applicants on federal, state, and corporate hiring policies.
  • Support recruitment-related events and activities as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with attendance and work hour requirements, including occasional extended hours.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing, preferably in IT or technical recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SPHR or PHR certification.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functional areas.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with all levels of management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and administration.
  • Excellent planning, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High standard of integrity and reliability.
