Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials and supplies to meet production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve any material shortages or delays that may impact production.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of material orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies.
• Provide support in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in supply chain management or logistics is a plus.
• Proven experience in material expediting, inventory management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
