Who We Are

Novolex manufactures food, beverage, and specialty packaging for foodservice, delivery and carryout, food processing, retail/grocery, and industrial sectors. Our capabilities span resin, paper, molded fiber, aluminum, and more—covering 120 product categories, 250 brands, and 39,000+ SKUs.

  • Service Fanuc robotic automation (palletizers, case erectors, pick-and-place).
  • Use fundamentals of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and PC hardware.
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and specs; familiarity with AutoCAD/Visio or similar.
  • Stay current on advanced automation/control techniques and apply them.
  • Use PDCA to eliminate root causes and prevent repeat failures.
  • Mentor shift electricians; deliver training across the organization.
  • Coordinate contractors to minimize downtime (planned and unplanned).
