Injection Molding Operations Supervisor (Krauss Maffei Specialist)

Injection Molding Operations Supervisor (Krauss Maffei Specialist)

Imagine walking in at 6:00 AM. You review the day’s production goals, scan overnight performance, and rally a tight-knit crew of 4–5 operators. A quick gemba walk reveals an opportunity to shorten a changeover on a Krauss Maffei press. You jump in—hands on—dialing in setup parameters, troubleshooting a cosmetic defect, and coaching an entry-level operator through a resin/color swap. By mid-morning, KPIs are back on track. After lunch, you partner with Manufacturing Engineering to refine a setup sheet and enable autonomous, lights-out runs. Before the 2:30 PM wrap-up, you’ve queued jobs, reduced waste, and set the team up to hit targets with less overtime.
