Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday 10:30 am–9:00 pm & Monday–Wednesday 1:30 pm–12:00 am

A Day in the Life

You arrive ready to keep our trucks and trailers in top shape. From diesel engine diagnostics to chasing down a trailer lighting fault, you move confidently between complex troubleshooting and routine PMs. You collaborate with a tight-knit crew, document your work with precision, and keep safety at the forefront—so our fleet stays on the road and on time.

What You’ll Work On

  • Inspect, repair, and maintain diesel tractors and trailers to meet safety and performance standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve diesel engine concerns—from drivability issues and fuel delivery to major overhauls.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance: oil and filter changes, brake inspections, and component replacements.
  • Troubleshoot and repair trailer systems: brakes, suspensions, electrical/lighting, and hydraulics.
  • Follow safety regulations and accurately capture maintenance records and repair notes.
  • Partner with fellow technicians to minimize downtime and boost shop efficiency.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years’ experience as a diesel and/or trailer mechanic.
  • Deep knowledge of trailer systems, braking, suspension, electrical, and hydraulic components.
  • CDL and/or ASE-style certifications are a plus, not a requirement.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position heavy components and tooling.
  • Team-first mindset with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
