In this role, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise concrete cutting projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Coordinate daily activities and manage crew assignments to optimize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed and provide feedback to team members.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Train and mentor junior staff on concrete cutting techniques and safety practices.
- Assist in estimating project costs and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in concrete cutting and related construction work.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
