Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Assembly Workers in Paris, Illinois.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Assembly Worker will be responsible for assembling various sizes and types of products while following step-by-step instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to prescribed practices and instructions.
• Cut, trim, bend, and adjust parts as needed for proper fit.
• Follow safety and quality procedures throughout the assembly process.
• Visually inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Gather required parts and materials for assembly.
• Clean and maintain the work area and equipment.
• Stack and/or move materials as needed.
• Tear down, clean, repair, and reassemble previously built assemblies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, and use hands/fingers to handle parts, tools, and controls.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate well with others.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule & Compensation

• Location: Paris, IL
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Pay: $15.00–$16.25 per hour
