CNC Systems Reliability Technician

CNC Systems Reliability Technician

Picture your day starting with a quiet factory floor coming online. You review overnight logs, walk the line, and listen for the subtle signs that CNC machines, vacuum furnaces, and support systems give off when they need attention. You plan the day’s preventive maintenance, coordinate with production, and make sure everything is ready before the first job runs. By mid-morning, you’ve executed a PM on a critical CNC, documented your work, and ordered a replacement part after a quick call with a vendor. In the afternoon, you lend a hand on a vacuum furnace service, then swing by a local supplier to pick up components needed for a repair. If something goes down after hours, you’re the calm voice that gets it back up safely and quickly.
