Keep Our Lines Moving as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Step into a hands-on, full-time role where your mechanical know‑how and troubleshooting instincts keep a modern manufacturing facility operating at peak performance. You’ll join a safety-first team, learn on the job, and make a visible impact from day one.
Sign-on bonus: $1,500.00 total, paid in $500 installments at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.
Schedule: 12‑hour shifts on a rotating cadence — three days one week, four days the next — with both day and night shifts available. Occasional overtime as needed.
A Day In The Life
You start your shift with a quick handoff, then dive into preventive maintenance that keeps throughput high and unplanned downtime low. When a line calls for help, you jump in to diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or mechanical issues — reading symptoms, tracing faults, and restoring equipment to safe, reliable service. Between calls, you’ll pitch in on general building upkeep (think basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting), keep tools organized, and leave every workspace cleaner than you found it. PPE and safety protocols are second nature throughout the shift.
